You have seen me refer many times here to my trusty companion, Beautiful Girlfriend. With the addition of a ring, she has transformed into Beautiful Fiancée. Much like yeast gradually turns wort into beer, our love was the yeast starter that has grown and turned two into one. Maybe it’s a bad metaphor, but it feels appropriate here.
She is the perfect woman for me: patient, loving, and supportive, even supportive of my homebrewing adventures. She loves to see me create and loves that I love doing it. What more could a guy want? Now the big decision is what kind of beer to make for the wedding. I will have to look up traditional wedding beers, if there are any.
A beer for a wedding? A white beer of course!
